Yoga is being unafraid to feel what’s on the inside of the body both emotionally and physically. Yoga brings awareness of our own conscious presence while cultivating the power of the silent witness. Developing a regular practice treats disease and or deficiencies on all levels – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Iyengar Yoga emphasizes proper body alignment thru the use of props in all postures from sitting to standing. This style of yoga is known for its therapeutic and methodical abilities to reshape, restore, alleviate, and even cure.
Yoga goes everywhere from the plane to the desk chair. It brings collaboration of the body, mind, and spirit for health and well-being. Yoga expands awareness to our needs and to the needs of others. We just need to remember to "Shutdown & Stretch Out”.
